With our customers in mind, Wave1 have developed a Service Department whose focus is to ensure links with a Wave1 Maintenance contract are fully protected from lengthy and costly equipment outages. We are able to mitigate these outage by offering our clients full Onsite Maintenance agreements with as fast as two-hour response twenty-four hours a day or maintenance as simple as Hotswap, for the more technically savvy, where we send you the spares and you can swap the equipment yourself. In addition to these telecommunication maintenance services, we also offer a full Link Monitoring service, where we monitor your links and provide you with reports showing link performance. Link Monitoring allows the ability to predict or pre-empt failures and in many cases avoid them all together. As part of our wireless link maintenance coverage, Wave1 also offer Mast and Tower inspection services to ensure link infrastructure is maintained and remains compliant with current regulations. The Wave1 service department is made up of highly skilled, qualified and experienced team, with over 70% of staff having been in the industry for well over 15 years.
