To ensure our customers have “peace of mind”, Wave1 have a standard range of maintenance agreements to provide our valued clients with the service they deserve and the most out of their investment. Maintenance contracts can be tailored to suit each customer’s individual requirements.
Our On Site contracts are a very popular choice with customers as it not only covers equipment, it also allows for engineering time and services. With a variety of response times ranging from 24Hr per day, to business hours only, this type of maintenance solution is ideal for customers who rely heavily on their connection.
In all instances where the customer is experiencing issue with their gear, our Wave1 engineering staff will always do their best to get the connection back up and running remotely. However, this is not always possible. In these situations, the On Site contracts are a great preventative as we are required to have an engineer On Site within the appropriate response time stipulated in the contract.
Another prominent option is a Hot Swap contract. This form of agreement is suitable if you have your own engineering/technical team on site, as Wave1’s engineering services are not covered under this form of contract. Hot Swap contracts are purely for covering the cost of replacement equipment which must be made available for pick up from our store in Rowville within two hours of the service call being logged. Hot Swap spares can also be held in our Sydney and Queensland offices.
All maintenance agreements are honoured providing the fault is out of our control. Events such as lightning strikes, storm damage, vandalism and LOS issues which were unforseen at the time of installation are all examples of situations beyond our control.
